Membership at the Shoreline Wellness Center has its benefits, including access to a variety of group exercise classes, state of the art cardio equipment, weight lifting machines, free weights, 2 pools, indoor track, basketball court, sauna, whirlpool, steam room and other services. Need childcare during your workout? The Wellness Center offers it.
Interested in massage therapy or personal training? These services are also available to members and non-members.
Group Exercise Classes
Ever need some extra motivation to get to the gym and get the fitness fire burning? Group Exercise is a fantastic way to stay on track, and the Shoreline Wellness Center gives you access to a variety of fun and result-oriented Group Exercises that are designed for total fitness.

Personal Training
Personal training can benefit everybody-from the individual who is considering fitness for the first time, to the elite athlete looking to enhance performance. It will help you get and stay motivated through a workout session that is made for you and your specific goals so that you can experience the results you want. Certified Personal Trainers will assist you with your workout sessions. A free 30 minute consultation will be scheduled with one of our certified trainers and we will review your health history, goals, body composition percentage, flexibility and strength. Massage Therapy
Massage can truly enhance your physical and mental health, as well as overall well-being. Massage has been gaining popularity as more and more people become informed of the many benefits to body, mind and spirit that massage offers. Our objective here at the Shoreline Wellness Center is to make the art of healing touch a positive experience in your life.
Our certified Massage Therapist has hundreds of hours of training in a variety of massage techniques. We offer Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports massage and Pregnancy massage. Massage therapy focuses on stimulating or soothing different systems within the body and promotes healing, rejuvenating and relaxing effects throughout the body.

Childcare
Childcare is provided for children aged 6 weeks to
13 years while the parent member is working out. Children from 6 weeks to 18 months require reservations. For security reasons, the Wellness Center will require that parents checking children in and out must have proper identification. The Wellness Center reserves the right to deny admittance to children when child care is full or the child is ill. The fee is $2 per hour. Operating hours of child care are posted in the front desk area or call the service desk, 269-639-2949 for the child care hours.
Family Times
At the Shoreline Wellness Center, we believe a healthy lifestyle is one of the most important things we can share with our families. Family Time has been developed to help bring families together in a fun, safe and physically active environment. Family Time provides our members with children under 14 years of age an opportunity to experience the positive effects of exercise. Please review our

Locker Rental
For the convenience of members, the Wellness center provides a choice of a half locker at no charge, or a full length locker for a monthly fee. Members using the complimentary half lockers must remove their locks at the end of the day. Please contact Gail Burrows at 269-639-2949 for more information about monthly locker rental. We currently have men's lockers available to rent for $17 a month. Get one now for the holidays! This is a wondeful gift for the man in your life!
