Rinse green onions. Slice into 1/4 inch pieces. Combine wild rice, brown rice, water and salt. Steam rice until all the water is absorbed and rice is tender. In pan, heat oil until bubbly. Sauté carrots, cabbage and onions for 1 minute. Add broccoli and cook 1 minute. Add tofu and cooked rice. Place rice/veggie/tofu mixture into pan. Cut pita pockets in half and place mixture into pita pocket.
