The Great Weight Loss Challenge

We Want You! Enroll in our new program, the Great Weight Loss Challenge.
Our highly educated and trained program instructors have over 50 years of combined experience helping people lose weight, eat healthier, and exercise smarter.
Great Weight Loss Challenge participants will:
· Attend weekly healthy eating workshops where you’ll learn what to eat to help you lose weight and keep your weight in check;
· Set weekly, achievable healthy eating and exercise goals and be accountable for those goals;
· Take part in outside- of-class, weekly challenges with cool prizes;
· Exercise once a week in an intense and inspiring small group training class led by our exercise physiologists.

Armed and Dangerous!
Don't wait until spring to make you (and your arms) look your best. Start now and begin seeing stronger, more shapely arms by spring break.
In this 8-week, twice-a-week, small group training class you will improve your strength and muscle tone and increase your metabolism while you tone and reshape your arms, shoulders, back and chest. Class taught by Exercise Physiologist Dawn Thomas.
Times:
January 10th - February 2nd: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 pm
February 7th - March 1st: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Cost: $64 members, $80 non-members
8 Weeks to a Healthier Lifestyle
Are you 60 years old or more? 8 Weeks to a Healthier Lifestyle was carefully designed for our senior population (60+). This class will improve bone density, increase balance, strength, and flexibility, as well as improve you life so you may maintain your independence.
January 10- March 1st, Tuesday and Thursdays, 8:30-9:00 am
Cost: $64 members, $80 non-members
Small Group Training
Learn great ways to get moving, get fit, relieve stress and have a healthy lifestyle. The specialty programs at the Shoreline Wellness Center include a variety of exercise classes, nutrition classes and classroom education about health and wellness.
Our Exercise Physiologists will instruct your class to maximize your workout. Each class size is limited to allow for the attention you deserve.
The special nutrition programs focus on a variety of food with healthy ingredients and recipe tips. You can taste the dish and take the recipe with you!
